Ours: Privacy Policy

What "Ours" is

"Ours" is a Chrome extension that turns your new-tab page into a shared scrapbook for two people — you pin notes, photos, doodles and emoji to one page, set a background, and answer a daily question together.

What data we store

The scrapbook content you create:

• notes, emoji, photos and doodles you add to the page
• the page background you choose
• a display name, avatar emoji, mood and status line you set
• your answers to the daily question

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in a private database (Supabase) that belongs to the developer. It is not stored on Google's servers.

What we do NOT collect

• No accounts, no email addresses, no passwords
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind
• No location, browsing history, or website-content reading

Who can see your data

Only the person you invite by sharing your 6-character room code. Anyone who has that code can see the room's contents. There is no other access.

How to delete your data

Open the extension → Settings (gear) → Connect → "leave this room". To delete the data entirely, the room's rows can be removed from the database, or contact the developer to request deletion.

Contact

The developer can be reached through the support link on the Chrome Web Store listing, or by email at devmerakii@gmail.com.
